The Terrain You see here is divided into twelve separate plots. These plots are available for sale individually, in groups as well as the entire terrain. Each plot has a built area of about 15% the rest is dedicated to leisure areas such as swimming pools, gardens and zones for relaxation. The maximum height that constructions on these plots can reach is 8.5m. The plot areas range from 600 sq.m. to 1800 sq.m. and provide a sunny northern landscape.
